Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
To start the return process, please click the button in the footer that says RETURN ITEM. For any questions feel free to reach out to us at axelobuy@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues:Please check your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, reach out to us right away so we can address the issue.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, the quickest way to get the desired item is to return the current one and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you of the refund approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at axelobuy@gmail.com.
Note: Customers are responsible for all fees associated with the return process, including shipping.
